Directions to The Settlement

From the A1(M)
• Leave the motorway at Junction 9 (Letchworth and Baldock)
• Take the A505 signposted Letchworth
• At the longabout take the third exit: signposted Town Centre
• At the church roundabout take the second exit: signposted Town Centre
• At the roundabout after the pelican crossing take the third exit into Norton Way South
• Follow the road, crossing several mini roundabouts and a zebra crossing. At the next roundabout go straight on passing under the railway bridge.
• Take the first road on the left called Nevells Road.
• The Settlement is a Tudor-style building on the left. Parking is available in the car park.

From Baldock B656
• Take the B656 to Letchworth
• After passing under the motorway bridge, take the first right into Jubilee Road, passing Wickes and Lidl stores.
• At the mini roundabout turn left into Works Road.
• Follow Works Road over 2 roundabouts until you reach the Town Centre roundabout.
• Take the third exit passing under the railway bridge.
• Take the first road on the left called Nevells Road.
• The Settlement is a Tudor-style building on the left. Parking is available in the car park.

From Hitchin A505
• Take the A505 to Letchworth
• Go through two sets of pedestrian crossing lights
• At the traffic lights, turn left into Norton Way South.
• Follow the road, crossing a large roundabout, several mini roundabouts and a zebra crossing. At the next roundabout go straight on passing under the railway bridge.
• Take the first road on the left called Nevells Road.
• The Settlement is a Tudor-style building on the left. Parking is available in the car park.

From Letchworth Garden City Railway Station
Walking time: 5 minutes
• Turn right out of the railway station and turn right at the mini-roundabout into Bridge Road. Go over the bridge and take the first road on the right (Nevells Road) in front of the police station.
• Keep to the right-hand side of the road until you reach The Settlement, which is a Tudor-style building with a wooden pub sign outside it.
